RuletTV Video Chat Roulette — Spin the Dial, Meet Someone New
Spin the dial and meet someone new in one tap. Free random video chat with rooms for friends, live translation and mini-games. Start now!
Free random video chat with strangers: one tap, no profiles, no waiting
How the dial works
Press Start and RuletTV tunes you in to a random person who is online right now — a live face, a real voice, no profiles and no swiping. Not your channel? Hit Next and the dial spins again.
Pick a country to meet people from there, or leave the dial on the whole world. Matching takes seconds, day and night, in the browser on your phone or computer.
Bring a friend: create a room, send the link and meet new people together. Break the ice with a quick mini-game — who has the best face, who copies a face best — and send emoji reactions right over the video.
Easier to type than to say? The text chat sits next to the video, and live translation turns every message into your language, so talking to someone from Lisbon or Almaty feels as easy as talking to a neighbour.
Safe by design
Moderators review reports around the clock, and the Report button sends them a snapshot so they can act fast. RuletTV is for adults only: be kind, keep your face in the frame and never share personal details with strangers.

Frequently asked questions
Is RuletTV free?
Yes. RuletTV is a free random video chat with no time limits and no subscriptions. There is no profile to fill in: sign in with one tap, press Start and the dial does the rest.
How does the video chat roulette work?
Press Start and RuletTV connects you with a random person who is online right now. Press Next to spin the dial again or Stop to take a break. Pick a country to meet people from there, or leave the dial on the whole world. It all works in the browser on your phone or computer.
Can I video chat together with a friend?
Yes. Open Settings, create a room and send the link to one friend. When your friend has joined, press Start and you meet new people together in a group video call, with everyone on one screen.
Does RuletTV translate the chat?
Yes. Turn on “Translate messages” in Settings and your partner’s text messages are translated into your language automatically. You can always switch a message back to the original.
What are the mini-games in calls?
When the conversation needs an icebreaker, start a quick game with your partner: “Who has the best face?” or “Copy the face”. The winner collects points, and the camera picture is analysed on your own device only.
Is RuletTV safe?
Moderators review reports around the clock and ban people who break the rules; the Report button sends them a snapshot of what you saw. Never send money, personal details or intimate photos to strangers — the Safety Reminder in the chat explains how to stay safe.
Who can use RuletTV?
Adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country. Minors may not use RuletTV, even with a parent’s permission.
Is RuletTV available in Russian?
Yes. Switch the language in Settings: RuletTV speaks Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, German and more. For Russian speakers it is a classic чат рулетка — видеочат со случайными собеседниками, бесплатно и без анкет.
